Chicago Tribune reported the tragic story of an Aurora teen who recently died in a car crash. Devin Meadows, 15, died an unlucky death when the car he was in crashed into a garage. According to police, Devin was in the car with three other 15-year-olds.The driver of the car did not have a license, and the car belonged to one of the boys' fathers who, unfortunately, did not notice it was missing. Roller coasters are supposed to be a fun attraction for kids and why not adults as well. For the family of 3-year-old Jayson Dansby, however, an indoor roller coaster at Go Bananas was a ride that changed their lives forever. Chicago Tribune reported a story on this sad accident.Jayson's mother took him and his twin brother to the roller coaster, and she was told that she did not need to ride with her boys. Good news for parents who are required to take court ordered parenting classes in Cook County – the classes are now available online. Circuit Court of Cook County Chief Judge Timothy C. Evans and Domestic Relations Division Presiding Judge Grace G. The news is filled with countless stories of people who have been killed by their estranged spouses when they finally were able to break from the abuser. A driver who hit a Downer’s Grove boy riding his bicycle was ordered to pay a $1500 fine and sentenced to community service. Fourteen year old Hunter Himes was crossing his bike at a crosswalk Beller Street in Darien when Timothy Hagen, 40, of Darien, was turning right onto Lemont Street, from Bellor. On November 1st, a family from Ireland filed a wrongful death lawsuit against a hotel in downtown Chicago.  The family claims that the Irish tourist staying at the JW Marriot was infected with Legionella bacteria from the hotel.  The JW Marriot is located at 151 W. A Chicago man has been charged with running down two men with Honda Accord outside a nightclub. The two men had laughed at a woman accompanying the driver.  The hit left the two men critically injured, according to the police. The Chicago Tribune reported a story on the case.Alejandro Escobar, 37, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder, according to a police news release. A driver hit a woman and her 5-year-old son with his car in the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Chicago, hospitalizing both. The woman was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in serious-to-critical condition, and the child was taken to Lurie's Children's Hospital in a similar condition, according to Will Knight, Spokesman for the Chicago Fire Department.
