Former ‘90210’ Star Divorce Final From Proclaimed Nicest DUI Arrestee Ever

Former “90210” star Vanessa Marcil is officially a single woman again because her divorce has been finalized from “CSI:NY” actor Carmine Giovinazzo (also know for being the nicest DUI arrestee of all time).

Marcil filed for divorce from Giovinazzo last summer, stating in the filing, “irreconcilable differences.” The couple was married in 2010 and had no children together.

As for the division of the couple’s assets, Marcil will receive the 2009 Chevy Silverado, their LA property and many of their bank accounts, along with all of the rights to her baby clothing company called Baby Gagoo.

Giovinazzo, on the other hand, receieved the 2002 Mercedes CLK, his 2006 Harley, his 2010 Triumph motorcycle, the 1969 Pontiac GTO, 2009 Ducati and the 2011 Chevy Camaro along with many bank accounts and other less pricey items.

In Jan., it was in Scottsdale, Ariz. Where Giovinazzo received his nickname as the nicest DUI arrestee in history. The Arizona cops said that the actor was one of the nicest people that they have ever arrested, saying that he was apologizing constantly and saying that he did not want to be an “a**hole.” The officers said that Giovinazzo even thanked the arresting officers profusely for being so nice to him.

It was reported that his blood alcohol level registered in at the scale at .149 when he was arrested in Arizona.

He has been ordered to complete an alcohol program as part of his sentence. And it seems that his divorce went as smoothly as his arrest.
