You and your spouse have decided that your relationship is not going to work. You both are moving forward and not looking back, you're headed for a divorce. But, the speed of it all is not what matters – making sure the process is smooth and the end result benefits both parties is.

According to Yahoo!, Kris Humphries is not playing bait to the rush factor Kim Kardashian so desires in their divorce proceedings. After being married in August 20, 2011, and remaining so for 72 days, Kim and Kris called it quits without explaining themselves to the rest of us. Although Kim has moved on to a new relationship with Kanye West, her divorce from Kris Humphries is still in the works. Her lawyers want to hurry the proceedings according to Humphries because Kardashian is pregnant and wants to start a new life with a new family. She states she just wants to minimize stress, as the level of stress she is currently under with this divorce is causing harm to her unborn child. Though she has stated she wants the best for Humphries, her rush-rush divorce is making everyone wonder. He desires to wait until after the basketball season is over, which would will be during May or June depending on how the team does during the regular season.

Divorce can be simple if you and your spouse are on good terms and agree on the details. Some divorces, however, are time consuming, complicated and stressful, especially after a long term marriage, or a marriage with children or high assets.
